DislikedClosed SELL on EURUSD with TP 87 pips, deal was opened 7 days, entry was on 1.0966. And after 45 minutes opened BUY on 1.0866. {image} Quite frequent entries for EURUSD.. For now, 14 entries and 71% profitable, while risk reward ratio is ~5/8. From history profitable trades ~58% in backtests and ~52% if forwardtests. Here we see the fluctuation of profitability % reaching the upper limit and can be expected some DD for this particular signal. 71% is way too big a success rate to keep it continuing to rise.Ignored
Disliked{quote} thank you. Turns out it is my mistake in the strategy description... 1st entry was skipped and 2nd was taken. The problem is that expert I used to analyze (and which runs now signals in blometech.com) operates on M5 bars openings only. And I see why 1st trade was skipped: {image} Here did not take the 1st signal because no M5 bar opening price. {image} And here the 2nd signal ok because M5 opening bar exactly matches the notable number 1.0966 This is my mistake in the strategy description. Well... it seems this is hard to trade manually...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't get it. Can I know where open price must be? It must open below the level to sell and vice versa? I'm kinda stupid here. xD Thank youIgnored
Disliked{quote} Thank you for your question, and I apologize for any confusion caused by my initial explanation. Let me clarify the point for you. In the strategy I described, we analyze the opening prices of 5-minute bars, which are known as M5 bars. The entry condition depends on these opening prices. Looking at the first image I mentioned (skipp1.png), the reason the first trade signal was skipped is that there was no M5 bar opening price available. Without this price data, the strategy couldn't determine whether the entry condition was met. {image}...Ignored
DislikedI tried signal on the USD/JPY. Moved the TP to next support after 25p drawdown, couldn't risk another loss. Could have been closed after few hours, sadly we went up once more. I would call it success. however If I knew that we'll get TP at least 15p before, I would open even 1 lot. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} you are free to experiment with notable numbers signals.. for example when I started trading ~5 years ago then didn't understand anything.. and I started with a free signal provider. And I adjusted entries.. when a signal arrived I put pending orders 10 pips away from the original entry to wait for a small DD and only then enter. from that signal provider learned that risk/reward with a ratio of 40/30 pips maybe is the best ratio.. it gives >60% profitable deals and that helps to stay emotionally positive when trading manually. Today USDJPY...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Correct. Yeah, I was afraid we'll get stoploss on UJ. Thats why I adjusted from original entry the take profit. Price went for example 24 pips down on our direction, but then reverses up again. So.. My idea is, price will need to retrace (hopefully) so I just move my TP up a bit so we can take at least some profit. Market mostly moves in 50% moves. You are very clever and nice guy, so I'm telling you this. I will not explain it any further, but, if you have no idea what I mean, let me know in PM. I'll help you. Also, maybe better way, if...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Just completed an in-depth analysis of notable numbers for the M1. The portfolio is now enhanced with 60 distinct setups. Given the considerable amount of EAs required, I've gone ahead and developed a new EA that can accommodate all 60 SETs files in its memory, thereby trading all 60 setups as a single EA. This advancement paves the way to devise larger portfolios containing hundreds (thousands? millions?) of trading patterns. Here is how the unified portfolio performed from 2013 till 2020 backtests and from 2020 till now forward tests:...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I created a EA run like your M1 notable EA. I backtest all symbols you provide. The result is not good as M5 notable EA. Maybe with mean reversion strategy we need price sideway a little bit to create M5 entry so we can have better result.Ignored
