Ryuryu had a great idea and made an indicator for Tradingview...
The idea is to measure the distance between 2EMA's (in this case the 6 EMA High and Low) to measure volatility/movement and to find Targets to aim for.
For Targets you would "need" 3 multiplications of that distance. (should be optional what multiplicator you want)
The formula for the distance measuring would be: ((price_1 - price_2) / price_2) * 100
Its a must have tool for every scalper or daytrader in my opinion. Sadly there is no such indicator available on MT4.
Potentially it could be also made with the ATR. It would be VERY similar, sadly I also couldnt find an ATR indicator which would have the options to have those 3 multiplicatiors.
I hope some smart coder would be able to get this Coded
EDIT:
IF ATR used, example:
ATR period 6,has 16Pips.
multiplactor 1: 1X ATR -> 16Pips
multiplactor 2: 2X ATR -> 32Pips
multiplactor 3: 3X ATR -> 48Pips
Now show this Targets on the Charts, BUT preferably as % instead of Pips
if EMA used, example
EMA period 6 HIGH ->Price1 11399
EMA period 6 LOW -> Price2 11391
formula ((price_1 - price_2) / price_2) * 100 for distance in % = 0.07%
multiplactor 1: 1X distance -> 0.07 %
multiplactor 2: 2X distance -> 0.14 %
multiplactor 3: 3X distance -> 0,28 %
Now show this Targets on the Charts
