DislikedI've received numerous direct message from forum members, inquiring on how to direct a reimbursement statement to Oanda. First, screenshot your trades if you have the chance/opportunity to. Be detailed about the timing of your trades (When you opened it, ticket number and the platform you opened it from). Secondly, request Oanda to reimburse the same amount into your account that you loss due to Oanda's carelessness in this regard. (Only applicable to those whom experienced major losses).
