Disliked{quote} backtested. with 10 pips range no good consistent results. But here 4 years real ticks results with 20 pips range and only trade on Mondays, Tuesdays GBPUSD from 6AM London time till 12 PM (included) and close all deals no mater what at 2 PM. {image} {image} But maybe EA works little different than you do manually..It counts losing series for BUY and SELL seperate.. you do the same? Here report: {file} Here no martingale used.. I didn made optimizations. Jsut picked up 10 pips and 20 pips and saw bad week days which excluded. Optimization...Ignored
DislikedNot enough sample size. You need atleast 1000 trades to be meaningful. If not thousands... cheersIgnored
DislikedSo created 1st cent account with 100 usd capital (10000 cents). EA working with averaging. Entries on RSI low/high. GBPUSD. Timeframe M5. Backtests show 70% yearly profits with 60% max drawdown. Tested with 10 years open prices and then 4 years with real ticks. More than 7000 deals in 10 years, and 2600 deals in 4 years with real ticks. As this is on MT5 then I cant link here to Trade explorer. I Will put links in post Nr1 to myfxbook after some 3 months. {file}{file}{file}Ignored

DislikedWhen a backtest looks like this you know that it's a crazy martingale that is going to crash. Did you take into consideration slippage, spread, commission... You can use martingale with a 100$ gambling account but will you do it with à 10m$? I agree with you that the market is always going somewhere. Instead of using martingale that will for sure blow your account you can use an other approch: Choose a 10 pips range on any pair at the begining of your trading session for exemple 1.3000 to 1.3010 Buy at 1.3010 with a 10 stop and no limit Sell at...Ignored
DislikedPrice always goes somewhere - sooner or later. Simple strategy - can be used on a cent account because we need deep pockets here. Min leverage: 1: 500. Open a cent account with 100 USD capital and you operate with 10000 cents. Not fantastic earnings - about 30-40% yearly. But which bank you give such %? Here GBPUSD 11 years backtest - drawdown 7700 usd, profits 37427 usd: {image} Keep in mind - it survived Brexit... yes drawdown 77%, margin level 155%... but it survived. When running on a live account we can of course avoid trading big events like...Ignored
Dislikedmy broker`s spread is only 0.5-0.6 pips, no commission....... how much will that add to your profits?? wonder why people dont look for solid brokers, with low spread and interest charges and government guarantees BEFORE starting to trade???Ignored
DislikedWill implement virtual trades mode... the idea is to "trade" virtually (in EA memory but not place real trades). Wait till the virtual n losing series. Then turn on real trades. Then run optimization and see which n gives the best result. I see for example in Gold there were 20 times n=4 max losing serie with averaging in 11 years. So on average would have about 2 very yummy entries per year for gold. 1:5 risk reward could be here for each entry and maybe even not turn on averaging... just simple TP/SL.. This would be super safe. But yes not a lot...Ignored
