Hello folks, i'm starting to notice a strange behavior from cTrader and its costumer service and i'd like to know if you also did.
cTrader keeps having these "issues" 2-3 times per weeks which block the platform for some reason for an unknown amount of time and don't allow you neither to open, close or manage a trade. You can image how scary it is if you got an open order, you don't have time to put a SL for it and then you get freeze. The worst/interesting part is that these blocks happen just before a big movement in the market. (For example today the platform did stop working few minutes before that sell off on GBP pairs. The previous week it happened something similar and so on.)
I tried to write on the telegram's assistance group trying to make them realize that this is serious and it's not possible that we have these kind of problems with a "professional" platform so often since people invest their money. The only answer they gave is the same as always: "we are investigating".
When i and few other people asked if this was a problem of server overloading or they do on purpose to stop the platform right before a big movement we got our messages deleted and muted in the channel. (and this action made me think that something is wrong here)
Now, i think this is not a proper way to behave with clients, especially we have been the most polite in trying to present the seriousness of the problem in chat.
I'd like to know how many people are facing these issues every week with cTrader and what do you think. What happens if someone loses a lot of money because one of these blocks?
Cheers.
EDIT: I forgot to say that this is clearly not a broker issue since people have these same blocks even with different brokers.
