Reading his book, there are few unclear points you think I can put on this thread to ask for clarification
1/ in his pivot formula with High, Low Close he meant actually Prev, PyeLow, PreClose; but in his code C means CurrentClose, Low High mean all current
2/ This is also another unclear point, I have problem to follow Frank. Frank treated the market like there is only one session, but we have 4 sessions.
"
Let's take a look at how we anticipated this two-day relationship using the developing pivot range indicator. Figure 6-4 shows a fifteen-minute chart of the TF the day before the "buy the dip" opportunity. There are two sets of pivot ranges plotted on this chart: a static pivot range and a developing pivot range. Notice that the developing pivot range closed the day well above the values of the traditional pivot range, thereby indicating a bullish Higher Value two-day relationship for the next session. It is also important to note that the TF closed the day above both sets of indicators, thus confirming a bullish bias for the next session. As long as the market opens the following day above the bottom of the pivot range, but preferably above the top of the range, any pull-back to the range should be seen as a buying opportunity, which turned out to the case."
What session he meant with Bullish Bias, " indicating a bullish Higher Value two-day relationship for the next session" ? adding the word two-day, so I must this NY session yesterdayand NT session today for example? his next day American New York session in general from 8:20 AM to 4:15 PM ET or the following session as we know: the Australien Session, then the Tokyo, then the EU session?
The CPR evaluation for EU will be valid for the next EU session, or does it mean for the NY session ?
We all know NY session is not alone " indicating a bullish Higher Value two-day relationship for the next session" will be deadly wrong, if in the upcoming ASIAN session or London session price already reached its high/low and would retrace.
At the time Frank traded, was there no other sessions?
