Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has heard of or has any experience with any other news feed auto clicker programs or subscriptions other than the three I hear about:
1) Forex News Gun
2) Secret News Weapon Elite
3) Aurora Speedster (currently unavailable)
I feel torn because I really like Secret News Weapon (SNW) Elite as I just started a trial of it yesterday, and it is leaps and bounds beyond Forex News Gun (FNG). I haven't been able to do any speed tests between FNG and SNW because I haven't been able to get my hand on the Speed Tester program that hopefully will be sent to my email soon.
The so at a glance my main problems with FNG is 5 things:
1) Where are all of the calendar events? Its missing lots of tradable news.
2) Why are the Previous numbers so far off? Based on the descriptions it is hard to match the news events from FNG to other calendars like FPA, FF, or SNW's calendar. Its even harder when their Previous numbers are off.
3) I've already seen the server go down for like 36 hours.
4) Looking at it now, it sees no events for 8/24. Yea, there is tradeable news on that day its not picking up for sure.
5) I've heard the speed has diminished greatly compared to SNW, but again I can't test it without the Speed Tester program.
So in many ways SNW looks wonderfully better than FNG, but their mid range package (Elite) costs $499, which I will be billed for in the next month if I don't cancel. Their low package (Professional) costs $299, which is more bearable. Their high package (Enterprise) is $1299. Essentially you pay for the speed which is different from package to package.
My big thing is whether I can make enough over time with SNW to justify the cost. Whether I will be able to hurdle over any potential broker "games" with execution, etc. I haven't had enough time to test the profit potential and execution with SNW, and I imagine I might pair it with a VPS if I'm close but not too far off. Then I'd be talking about $545 a month or so just to have a chance at the news spike pippage.
Anyone else out there have experience or success?
Thanks
