Quoting MunDislikedHi guys. I've been away for the past few days. When I came back CPU was at 100%... culprit was MS Outlook . Anyway, stuff was still working (but talking a long time) so I think it had no effect on P4 but I'm not certain. I also found the EA was not running on the GBPJPY chart . I've put everything back to normal now but take the results of thursday and friday for what its worth. Seems to have hit a few stops.
Anyway, North Finance statement as of 22 Oct 06. Starting equity $5000, current equity $5257. Forward testing pairs USDCHF, GBPUSD, EURUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, USDCAD, EURGBP, EURCHF, EURJPY, GBPJPY, GBPCHF, EURAUD with Pheonix_EA_v4_2_03 on M30 charts.Ignored

Quoting saltcafeDisliked...I've been having difficulty keeping that demo running. They appear to have a timeout setting or something as the IBFX demo account is pretty consistently showing "No connection" in the mornings when I arrive at work. So it means that overnight it must have "broken" at some point in time. I don't really have a way of telling when that happens...Ignored
Quoting traderoneDislikedI have been running v 4_02_01 for the last few weeks.
Is that still the current version? Or have we moved to a different one? This version appears reasonably profitable on my demos at this time.
Thanks for any advice.Ignored
Quoting HendrickDislikedInteresting results for the USDCAD and the EURAUD. Dropped them earlier, but seeing these results I think I was to hasty.Ignored
Quoting saltcafeDislikedDue to problems with Interbank price feed going up and down like a yo-yo, I've decided to pull the plug on this one in my tests. I simply don't trust the results when they deviate so much form the others.
What it does show is that for the EA to be effective you do need to have a constant connection to the Internet and your PC up and running, otherwise you will get crap results as illustrated in the statement below.
I've replaced interbank with neuimex ... we'll see how it performs over the next couple of weeks. This is running with Phoenix 4.2.03 version on all currencies that have settings for them coded in the EA (12 in total).Ignored
Quoting nvwineDislikedI'm starting to keep track the win loss record of each currency.Ignored
