Dislikeda little more on type 2 errors and entry systems. My trading is based on capturing moves that go further and continue longer than the average - a small number of big winners, nothing new, often called trend following. When considering my entry I want to enter buys when the market starts rising and the opposite for sells, every 100 pip rise begins with a 10 pip rise. If I add a filter to the entry that means I miss a lot of 100 pip rises I am missing opportunities, the filter would have to show a huge increase in accuracy to cover that cost. A good...Ignored
