DislikedI am curious what the best way to go about managing risk on a weekly chart is? I know the setups are stronger on higher time frames but its difficult to control risk as sometimes the PA dictates large stop sizes. Granted the R:R remains the same as smaller time frames but requires more capital at risk. Any suggestions on what has worked for others in the past. Possibly dropping down time frames to find better places within weekly bars that a stop could be placed at... Thank you for the help. -RyanIgnored
Make no mistake R:R is everything. Misunderstand this very basic concept and you will never be profitable. It is essential to study R:R and how it applies to trading.
Many concentrate on achieving a high win rate but this will not last for most. High win rates are a fantasy. Most are unable to achieve a high win rate. It is entirely possible to achieve profit with a win rate of < 50% if you understand the concept.
