My communication was through your support email address.
I sent 2 emails, received 1 acknowledgement from kristi and then no further replies.
If there was a limit on how many demo accounts I could open, all they had to do is to let me know
but something else is going on because your demo-UK server is still unavailable. (please see screenshot)

In my email I complained that in recent times, your demo server goes offline almost every weekend
and for at least one day and on a couple of occasions it was even offline during the Asian trading session Until UK opened.
Perhaps one of your techs was responsible and was quick to delete my email before his boss finds out.
But why is your Demo-UK server still unavailable?
I'm attaching a screenshot.
Anyway I already moved some of my testing to other brokers
but I liked tickmill because the historical data was reasonably clean on the currency pairs I was trading.
