DislikedHey all you fattards , how about some HIIT to burn that blubber?! I do something similar to this twice a week (plus mountain biking, outdoor running and Wing Chun practice), except it is a minute fast followed by a minute slow, 40 min 10k pace, then a jog and I do 10 reps i.e. 20 mins. Years ago before I heard of HIIT, it used to be intervals - find a hill about 100m long, sprint up and jog down x10 or on a track 200m sprint then 200m jog, 10 laps. https://youtu.be/n4I_fmegTRk I bet no one is interested.Ignored
