Disliked{quote} Good day Alfonso, i took the short, it drops at first but then it reverse and hit my +SL, it also break daily supply. I remember u said about high probability trade, we have to watch the dollar index also. In this case, NZDUSD supply in control but dollar is weak. How you deal with this kind of situation? Thanks RegardsIgnored
Obviously, I am not Alfonso, but here is what I gathered from it, because I also took a little loss, but it only bit me because I jumped in on a bump of the trendline a little before it hit a demand zone. But, going back to your question, I think this is your answer, and Alfonso can correct me if I have misinformed you, but if you go back and look at the MN chart, it appears to me that it simply tried to retest MN supply zone before dropping. Next, look at the WK chart, it pretty much confluences that it's simply a failed retest, because it tried to retest WK supply that's nested in MN supply and fell short of even reaching last month highs. But, what's confusing me is that, if you also look at the daily chart and are referring to the reversal on 09/07/17, it retested D1 demand, but it also didn't close below last month lows before reversing. Not sure if my analysis is correct, so take it with a grain of salt until the guru responds.
Take care, Henry
