Hello everybody,
I am completely new to forex and have yet to make a live trade. However I've managed to get good enough to break even on my demo account, mostly by not placing many trades, hardly a breakthrough!
I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good books/sites detailing the various macroeconomic factors affecting the markets, as I quickly realized that technical analysis alone can be rendered useless by fundamental data. FFs data calendar is about the best I've found but would like to understand more about the intricate relationship between the various news reports and the sometimes wild reactions that they cause.
Thanks
Ed
PS. The attachment might make you think twice about contrarian trades!
