I know as a retail trader. You are not entitled to any benefits to that of an institutional organisation. But what I've got from them is really fucked up.

Dont use pepperstone if you are trading news. Their server lagging also. Very bad. If it lagging and you enter. The entry is reflected on their server but the spread is reflected on your computer. So in other words your entry price is real time but the spread is what you is on your terminal.
