I was checking out FXDD and called up their toll free and landline numbers this afternoon, surprised to find that the other end was a call center handling their phone calls. Obviously the operators had no clue which company they were answering.
My question to those of you who've dealt with them previously; is their phone support only good from Sunday to Friday minus the weekends? Even so I would think that you would get directed to someone within their firm and not a outsourced call answering service. Appreciate anyone who can shed some light on this as I'm planning to open an account with them, but this find is not very encouraging.
