Is it possible to write a script which will do the following;
Use max 3% for money management (not per order but per pair)
Automatically work out the TP based on a numerical input in the script (able to mod via metaeditor)
Have modifyable SL based on a MA and a pip gap (*)
When TP is hit, automatically close 80% of the trade leaving the remaining 20% open
The script will of course need to auto figure the 80/20 split and settle on the closest whole figure over 80%.
i.e.
3 lot = 80/20 (24mini / 6mini) (close 24 run 6)
1 lot = 80/20 (8mini / 2mini) (close 8 run 2)
.5 lot = 80/20 (4mini / 1mini) (close 4 run 1)
.3 lot = 66/33 (2mini / 1mini) (under 80% so full close)
Will need long & short versions. Double click with no options to select (all in script) just a manual verification showing open price, SL price and TP price.
(*) Another script may be needed to update the SL each day as the pip value remains constant but the MA moves so the SL changes daily. Again manual verification will be needed showing new price for SL.
Anybody think they can take that on and get it working?
