On February I made deposit via "ATM Bersama" from my bank BPD JATIM to bank BRI FBS (HIJAU TUKAR) ... because I read ( member area )deposit can use methods via ATM Bersama ( ATM BERSAMA can transfer from any bank to FBS Bank Account)
BUt after I made deposit and confirmaton and sent proof of transfer, my deposit was refused because my bank not BCA, Mandiri, BRI and BNI... after that I contact online support and online support ask me for sent email to [email protected] with the tittle " Refund Dana " but my refund refused because FBS said my deposit not appears in their bank account ( BRI a.n HIJAU TUKAR ) and I replied their email and give they proof of my transfer ( struk Transfer) and I contact online support FBS again and their online support just said will be follow up .. until this moment my refund process there is no certainty ....
