*** Go and screen capture all of your terminals with the Market Watch and your Trade tab open so you have proof of your trades ***
I contacted the Malaysia support via chat on https://www.fxopen.com/en/contact-us and they told me it's an issue with their data feed.
When I asked why their web pages were showing their 'Server Status' indicators as 'Online' I was told their servers are ok and it was a data feed issue.
"But we facing an issued with the quotes/liquidity provider/data feed"
Fucken bullshit, if my terminals have stopped working the end result is the same, the servers might as well have blown up!
I have to think that this was a man-made issue given that everything went to shit 1sec before UTC changeover...
When I suggested they implement an honest status notification system like http://status.io they told me to email the idea to [email protected], so I suggest all FXOpen customers do that. We can then subscribe to get notifications when their servers(data) go down.
Anyone else in AU like me, don't bother trying to call local support 'cause they never answer the phone, just go straight to the .com
