thanks, i set it and it took it's first trade, in the settings it's set for take profit at 22, but the actual trade had a take profit 16 pips from entry, anyone have clues as to why that would happen, it was a winning trade btw.

Quoting rideblitzDislikedi also noticed a lot are using 1 min charts. Any reason I should be aware of?
Currently I'm trying it out on 1hour chart of USDJPY with 'percent' set to .05. Just started forward testing on my demo a little over 24 hours ago, so far its opened around 14 trades (i have max open positions set to 5), closed 10 of them in profit, the other 4 are still open but in profit, and will stay that way, thanks to the floating stop. so, sofar no losing trades.
if this continues to perform in a similar fashion for a while (few months forward test). i may take it live to see how it really goes.
btw, hi i'm new here.Ignored
Quoting SisterCurareDislikedI just lowered my percent setting to ".05" after you mentioned it, and the EA initiated a trade almost immediately. As far as I know, the 1min charts seem to produce the best results so far.Ignored
Quoting YardieDislikedWhich pair was it?Ignored
Quoting stricko108DislikedYardie, im only doing eur/usd, any ideas, i changed the tp and it still opens trades with the tp at 16 pips, im using version 1c, attached is my settings if that helps you find the possible problem.Ignored
Quoting cgldsmthDislikedas time goes on with my original demo the EA is effectively setting up hedge trades without the need for hedge code. The float is up to 4-5k but the profits are rolling in more (about 10-15/day) as a result, with both long and short trades established on most pairs.Ignored
Quoting traderoneDislikedI've been looking for :
FB v63g-TS version of Firebird but can't seem to find it. Is it on this thread or another? If somebody could point me to this EA I would appreciate it.
I've been running the non TS version with good success lately. Thanks for any help here.Ignored
Quoting cgldsmthDislikedstricko - I think clever Wackena programmed 1.0c to auto-calculate TP/SL/PS levels so that will be why.Ignored
Quoting cgldsmthDislikedi've been manually adjusting lot sizes depending on margin available.
will go live this week with mini.Ignored
