DislikedSalut Balouf ,
1) What's the indicator's name with the blank arrows on the chart?
C'est en fait la fonction 'Fibonacci expansion" avec des réglages différents que les niveaux habituels utilisés comme 1.272, 1.618...etc......
2) How do you calculate the EMA 200 from an upper timeframe on a lower timeframe? For example which is the daily's EMA 200 on the 4 HR's tf?
I hope this helps
Happy trading
Sorry folks, didn't get time to translate my speech

DislikedAngel,
The 'blank arrows' are FRACTALS

I'm not sure about the ema question.

DislikedIt's always better to trade with the trend, but with this method the trend is decided by the 2 higher time frames, therefore all trades are effectivly with trend - at least the ones above 1h. just my view on this method and so far it's been a good add on to my trend trading.
i'm sure Teb will let us both know the answer later.Ignored
DislikedHi TEB,
This is a great thread.
I am watching EUR/CHF at the moment. We are bearish on all higher time frames. Chart is attached showing where I intend to enter at present. Depending upon Price behaviour next week (if it does not break 1.5900) we could have a more relevant short setup emerging in the blue box. Would you consider an entry with Price bridging the 200EMA such as this? Or would you wait until the "entire" 1-2-3 setup emerges on the upper side of the 200EMA?
Thanks and regards

Dislikedhey Teb,
have you been trading this system a lot on usd/cad and eur/cad ?
becoz if it works well on these 2 pairs, you can rename WSS as 'World's Surest System'Ignored
DislikedThere are set ups all over the place on 15 min charts.
( that is with the one hour and 4 hour as the hight trend time charts)
with the USD over bought on almost every usd pair

DislikedHi Teb,
I've been talking with a guy working at a huge instituition and he is telling that they are using SMAs, and most of instituitions use SMAs for the higher time frames (50,100,200) and mostly EMAs for lower time frames (3 to 50)
This confirms my experience that the 200 SMA acts as s/r a lot more often that 200 EMAs.
What do you think of this? What's your personal experience?Ignored
DislikedI see some other computation of EMA on the different TFs. Please can one just use 200 EMA on each individual chart?Ignored
