The company filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell 406 million Class A shares at $37 to $42 each, resulting in proceeds of $15 billion to $17.1 billion. I just read the whole article and it convinced me however how many mortgages were paid by visa? what happens when people stop paying their visa bills and now don't even have a house for collateral, I know that alot of Americans are living off of their credit cards borrowing from Peter to pay Paul in order to keep up with the Jones. First it's the $300,000 houses in the suburbs next it will be the subprime auto loans since they can't really afford that BMW now and then comes bankruptcy, This is just the tip of the credit bubble and its ready to pop. Thats my crackpot theory brought on by all the fear breeding and I just might buy Visa as it should be a good profit at least for the first 6 months to 20 years.Ignored
