There are only so many trades you can stack like this because you may run out of margin to buy more. When this happens you have to take some profit off to enable you to buy more. However when the Quartiles are as wide as these then it is not really a issue for the margin as the lot size is quite small relative to the pip distance.
So far we have seen how the Quartile can pick the tops via the range at the bottom and how we can trade this on the lower time frames and compound our profits in a logical and safe manner.
Remember it is not the pip distances that count it is what you do with each pip relative to your own account that is important and the Quartile can clearly define the terms and conditions for you. The idea is to take 'thinking' out of your trading and stick to mechanical logic. Sure there was an initial threat to the second trade but by that time I have already locked in 10% profit.
By the way this is the USD/JPY not the AUD/JPY (Which I normally trade). All I am trying to do here is show you the logic of how we use the Quartile, I don't really care what the pair is.
In this next shot I am showing the first threat to a close all situation, that didn't happen.
