I was advised to don't do anything and I continued trying to close it through the other platforms.
In the end they honored my initial orders but also took the trades initiated through the system while not working properly.
Overall I've received good service from them and can understand that connectivity issues may happen... I would even agree to a cancel of all trades involved in the incident.
I made a mistake continuing to send orders after being advised not to do so..but... not sure if the resolution is fair?
