Dislikedhi fti, i will most certainly try my hardest to make you proud after all the effort and sacrifice that you have put into this thread, i am very sure i am on the right path now as i am constistantly +pips (a bit) over a good period of time now and getting better at it day by day, i am still learning and i try not to get ahead of myself. (marathon not race as you told me).
exercise, most of it i can do and have been trying out with a little tweeking but the last one i have found difficult due not being stable enough on my legs, my accident has...Ignored
The lower body thingy, please do carefully.
not to extend damage.
Do what feels good, if pains , then stop.
Do at easy pace.
Even i keep falling down, doing most, these days. and i have trained so many decades.
So i do next to bed.
and the rising of head from bended position.
Lift head slowly. No jerks.
Can "black out" if raise to quickly.
Maybe is just me.
But my diabetes is so out of control.
Even my skin seems want leave me.
