there's no use counting waves , unless have mindset right and strategies abound.
In my opinion only makes for more rigidity. For every wave count there is an alternate count.

DislikedI don't and I totally agree on waves making you more rigid. I did study Elliott myself, but couldn't find much use of it. At least not in FX. For each time a count works there are two time it doesn't. Much like any other fixed set of rules out there
I have a friend who's a pationate Elliottitian and keeps braging about wave counts, 4th not touching 2nd, blablabla.... misses tons of trades while waiting for his running flats to reach level X and further more blabla... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
