Dislikedbtw for post 154. Have you taken the trades based on what you have drawn? What were the conditions that led to the trades in terms of - entry condition, - conflicting trade entry condition management - stoploss and - profit target? Updated EA with new calculation for Power of lines. Screen shots OSB v1 is the older calculation. OSB v2 is newer calculation. {file} {image} {image}Ignored
or >= ?
check if power data of S & R
see if
Spower > Rp
Spower < Rp
we know S>R
if break come from above A TYPE ; price hit the S line first
if break come from bellow B TYPE ; price hit the R line first
this is more tricky but it validate the swing that gives the power to the break.
TYPE A
TYPE B

the pattern , trend line we are drawing are based on 3 OB .
the last one actual fresh
2 previous OB ; one with HH , one with LL compared to actual OB
logically this should look like, have the shape of a triangle ....?
SELL ( opposite for buy)
**/Other solution use the FIBO projection we will use for thake profit
we add a level on the other side - 0.35 for example = stop loss
the goog point of this system is that the stop will match the T/P elasticity related to the shape of the triangle made with OB .
as we draw fibo from same points & maybe easyer to code ????
but we have the same issue whne the pattern is very very big ????
the stop cannot be so far ?????
all is based on out fibo projection
T/P levels
first (short) = 2.86 ( maybe gd to make thos imputable or easy to find modify in the code)
second long = 5.71
DislikedThink we need to redefine what is Support and Resistance line, as "S>R" or "R>S" are making some very confused on the applications. For the image on post 203, i see it as R>S ( "=" formation whereby the top is resistance and the bottom is support). From the post 205, so what you are saying is in order for a sell trigger to exist: 1) a low must be above the top trendline of a "=" formation. 2) top trendline power must be lower than that of the bottom trendline. 3) price passes thru both to trigger sell. Is this correct?Ignored
the buy is like the opposite u can guess easy
