The majority of traders do not know this but the potential on the lower timeframes is enormous. Why risk the same amount on the daily chart only to find out your results days later? Trading on the higher timeframes cuts down on the frequency of your trades (takes longer for your edge to present over the same period of time), even with multiple pairs. It is also an inefficient use of your money. You mentioned 15-20 setups in 2 weeks, but when I traded the high timeframes I only had 2-3 a month. Once I had no trades for the whole month. I also found getting a 1:2 return was a tough task and required a lot of patience. I was not comfortable having my money on the trade for so long. This was a major factor in switching to what I do now. I'm not saying its wrong to trade high timeframes because it definitely depends on the trader's lifestyle, time, etc, but it is something to think about.
