Also, a daily close below the daily pivot would suggest bearish sentiments. But I wouldn't rule out price trying to test up there during Asian session. . .

the only thing which needs to play out, and i am pretty sure it will, is a dow drop during overnight session from todays close. if that's the case, nfp WILL be bad and another highly possible market meltdown tomorrow.
take dows overnight movement as confirmation for this, if it plays out like anticipated.
