Dislikedis there a possibility to make an offline chart with the core 5 pairs?
NZDUSD
GBPUSD
EURJPY
AUDJPY
GBPJPY
T101 referred to these pairs in his class as the secret and soul of the BTSIgnored
Your dream becomes reality:
How to create your basket as you want, just by typing in the parameters of the indi, the list of any currency pairs separated by a comma.
( without editing each time the code of your indi to change the pairs).
So I was modifying the basketv6 indi, to implement this idea. And here is my small contribution to this trhread, a basket as you want to follow the pairs that matters to you We call it BasketAnyPair_v6
You could also each time create another offline file, to display it later on.
So Here are the parameters:
Pairs_to_Trade (The list of the pairs you want to follow, separated by a comma: Eg AUDCAD,USDCAD,EURCAD,NZDCAD)
The indi removes automatically any duplicated pairs you have put by error
Don't mind if you forget to put a comma at the end of the list
Remark: If this parameter is blank, then the indi behaves exactly as the original basketv6, and shows you the number of pairs specified in Nombre_Pairs
Remark: If your broker put a suffix after the name of currency instrument, just type your list it as you find it in the market watch window. Eg: USDCHFm, AUDCADm, NZDCADm etc...)
TF = 15, MaxBars=1000 (Same as the initial basket indi)
Nombre_Pairs=14 (This is the original number of pairs to show by default. However it is overridden when you put a list of pairs in Pairs_to_Trade where the indi calculates the real number of your list pairs) So don't mind of this parameter if you put something in Pairs_to_Trade
HeaderFile_2generate ="bul" (You could put Here any string to identify your offline chart. Any string typed here will be enclosed automatically by a # symbol
Divide_by_One (False by default: It is a parameter which makes the calculation as an average by dividing calculations of the whole set of pairs by the number of your pairs)
Startvalue_Calcul (100 by default: It is the value found in original basket v6 multiplied by the number of pairs and substracted further from the calculations. You could let this as it is, or change it to a higher value). But Divide_by_One and Startvalue_Calcul Of course have no influence to modify the shape of your offline chart, but just the (scale) values displayed at the vertical right quotation bar
(By the way, I would have called the first parameter pairs_to_screen instead of Pairs_to_Trade, but no big deal .... anyway)
