Hello fellow Forexfactorier's,
I have a question. When I funded my account (Currently with MB trading), I used multiple avenues to get $ into the account quickly (this was three months ago), I deposited 3k via credit card, 3k via wire, and another 2k via a debit card. Since then I have had some success in the forex market, and I refunded my debit card transaction. I also paid off the card - not with a refund from my account, but out of my pocket.
Now, I am trying to refund myself part of the wire amount (1k, which is profit), and I am being told I cannot do this, because I have to refund the credit card first. I guess I am at a bit of a loss on this, there is plenty to refund the card (and then I guess wait for a check from the credit card company?) and wire myself back the money. However, apparently I'd have to take all the credit card money out to wire myself the money, and then my account would below the standing value I am trying to maintain. Is this standard practice?
Also, would my problems be solved if I instead used paypal to fund my account?
