DislikedWell, I just dont get it. Sure ECB is lurking there and borrowing to Spanish banks, creating this chop zone. And now it is all around the wires, that Merkel is supporting ECB. There is one big but though. Although she is supporting ECB, she keeps on repeating ECB bond buying is preconditioned by austerity. And as we all know, neither Greece and neither Spain is austere. Hello, Mr Socialist Hollande with 4,5% of budget deficit. Hello Greeks who still aint able to pass any reforms.
So, it is great Merkel is supporting ECB, but for christ sake,...Ignored
DislikedHello Halkins, How about recovery?
Crisis > Recovery > Crisis > Recovery > ...Ignored
DislikedLol, now you ve got me. Germans have one chamber parliament, thats Bundestag. Constitutional court is different thing and I didnt know someone has already placed charge against ESM bond buying. If it is that so, although I dont know German laws, I assume Bundestag has to wait for Constitutional court to approve the change. At least thats how it works in most democratic countries.
So, 12th of September it is, huh? I would better mark this date. Thx man,

DislikedSep't 12th was the original due date. We'll see if that comes to be. Everything is pointing to the fact that it will be delayed because of the new lawsuit.Ignored
DislikedMate, if someone placed charge this or previous week, is it possible court will act so fast? I dont think so, at least from experience from Czech courts. That may be a bad benchmark, but seriously, constitution is not just some piece of paper and I cant believe that Constitutional court will act fast on such an important change of rules. Rules which have been set almost century ago. That beeing said, we may have delay up to the end of September. And a healthy bear till then.
