DislikedSorry for any confusion, but it looks like we're on the same page now.
~Yes, an actual box is preferred. Look up member Hanover, he has quite a few custom indis with interesting chart artifacts, including boxes that can be made either hollow (as in my pic), or solid. Give the box custom color and line thickness selections. With the right settings we can make it nearly invisible, but still showing just enough for a quick visual reference.

I might be confused by your second paragraph. First of what do you mean 1000 bars. That too short or too long? There is already a size variable for the histogram. You need to understand that this just displays any histogram of scores on the screen in the size specified. The display can only jump by one time frame bar at a time that is just how MT4 is. So if the range of values is 0 -10000 then it could take many value changes to change the display or 0 - 3 then a single change could display many bar changes in the display.
Market Profile with no volume will behave like you are describing in that one point in the histogram means one bar passed through that price. Fractals actually score higher if they have more bars not breaking the peak. This is controlled by FractalLookBack.
I think what I am doing is what you want, like you said you can just adjust your value until it matches what you want. Here is what I don't want to do both because it is hard and I don't like it. I want to have a bar that is 100 hits to not be twice as big as one that is 50 hits. No nonlinear relative bar sizing should be needed.
