Note the ABC formation , which means that the buying in the demand zone , despite being at high volumes failed. So an aggressive entry would have been the moment the red bar at C began to form on the 4 hourly with SL just above the point A . A conservative entry would be shorting the close of the red bar at point C with again the same SL.
So what I would have done , buy at DZ , exit the moment I see the rejection of higher prices with volumes increasing ( red bar at C). Then gone short keeping a SL at A .

DislikedFinally after a week of reading and re-reading all the pieces of the puzzle are coming together, but sometimes, some trades you take dont make much sense according to your rules. I have 2 questions. the first chart, price enters your supply zone with low volume but you dont take the short. on number 2 it enters another supply area with even higher volumes than before and you take the short, any reason why short number 1 wasnt taken but number 2 was?
