This is friggin great, considering drawbacks this account has suffered from:
* Im trading it at the same time as my live account.
* A total of say 3 weeks out of 10 i havent been trading that account at all.
* At a few times i was away from it days at a time and didnt tend to it at all.
All the data is there, courtesy of Danny and the people operating FF, so if anyone is interested just have a look at the trades and ill answer all and every question. Though i cannot ascertain in advance that the answers will be what is expected, but still.
Somewhere i my mind i try to fix the average daily win % (+0.4) and work towards that, but only taking what the market is offering. Today its 1.5%, tomorrow its -0.6% or so, either way i dont chase losses or wins, i take what the market is offering and sometimes im wrong. Mostly im right though, at least empirically im right.
For reasons of adequate profits id say it takes about 50.000 euros/dollars to trade like this. In fact long term, 50.000 is minmum to trade with considering wage withdrawals, fighting inflation (though all assets should of course be transferred into silver and gold bullion), while also leaving a big chunk of the profits to grow the account. I mean 0.4% of 50.000 is 200 a day, thats not a staggering amount to divide among those things. Though in one year the account should have increased somewhere around 50-100 % after wages and such things. While also in turn growing wage in the same amount (50-100%). This is not counting any growth of the assets that is placed in bullion.
