I can do that, but still problems remain, daily open?? mine is different then Emmanuel's, Yours, Pivot levels, based on what?? my broker end of the day or US Close?? Is there any rules about it?? Still it looks for me like very basic issue

Yes you have a nice point.Obviously if open and close are different then PP daily and weekly would also be different.A forex rule says FOLLOW THE PEOPLE.This rule is apply on more buyers and sellers in the specific time in market and also on what mostly timezone pivot point traders use with their analysis."Just think If most of the traders use 0200 pivot point timezone and 0000 timezone has not traders' support then 0000 timezone pivot point would strong or not?

correct me if I am wrong, still I am in forex kindergarten, if zone 00:00 is not supported/respected by traders is weak, do I follow correctly? but stuborn newbie will ask again how do I know which time zone are prefered by most of the traders??
I like the point mentioned by Emmanuel, it make sens to me,

You can understand this like,main price mover factors are out of the door or all are just waiting to follow ALL.then cold timezone faced by market e.g price consolidate before NEWS.how do I know which time zone are prefered by most of the traders?? Answer is which is mostly provided by the brokers to traders.have a look last posts on thread and do research what timezone used by most of the traders.hope it would be 0000+2 mostly.

My broker's candle closes 2 hours later then the proposed time by eelfranz.
The proposed start time is 10pm Pacific, but my 4 hour candle only closes on the 12pm Pacific time.. Are there any suggestions that i can go around this?
