DislikedTEB,
Please don't consider me an authority on any pair.
I have had more success with EUR/USD.
Having said that I could monitor any pair; once we set the rules/guidelines.

DislikedI'm starting to program an EA to do some backtesting with these ideas.
I thought I had something with a CCI(20) on 3-hour and 30-min charts, but that didn't seem to work.
Any suggestions for which indicator to use and what combination of time frames? What seems to be working?

DislikedI have found 3 hours not that great
I have done it with stochs, macd,
sars & MA crosses 4/5emas 5/6 & 5/5 open /close 5/8 ema too
but I have found stochs the bestIgnored
DislikedSo stoch(5,3,3)...how about daily, 1-hour, and 5-min?
So basically the rules would be:
go long if the 5-min stoch crosses above 20, but only if the 1-hour stoch has come up from 20 and is still below 80...and the daily stoch has also come up from 20 and is still below 80.
Does that sound right?Ignored
