Hi Peoples,
I have an indicator that produces 6 colors in its histogram.
What it does.
When travelling down, it produces:
Bright red when travelling down and MAs are widening.
Maroon when travelling down and MAs are closing.
MediumSeaGreen on the first bar of MAs starting to close.**
When travelling up, it produces:
Bright green when travelling up and MAs are widening.
DarkGreen when travelling up but MAs are closing.
Bright Orange when travelling but on the first bar that the MAs start closing.**
Problem:
It can read each of the buffers and their colors, and you can see this by the histogram values on the side of the chart.
However, when you put the indicator on the chart it does not show the history at first even though it can read it. However as time progresses it does show the history with appropriate colors.
Also if you change timeframe or symbol, it resets the history and again is unable to show the history until time has progressed.
If anyone knows how to fix this and can repost, I am very greatful.
The pictures below show what I mean too.
Thanks
The reason I want the ** is I find that if this is a retracement, and the TF above is trending, then this is the bar that is safe for re-entry into a trend.
