Let's get back to the time (just a yeare ago), when NFA was going to set higher captial requirement, these guys said it's a great thing to seperate those qualifiled player from non-qualifiled, and caution customers be aware of those under that figure. This thread is the focus in that time http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=35930
Now, with the 20 million cap, forcing a few scams retreating from US, only left a few decent brokers, these guys are campaigning for the "minority". A lot of threads emerge...Ignored
DislikedU dont get the point..
NFA dictatorship, with their senseless new rules, kicks some brokers AND a lot of traders out of the USA. What u call a "few decent brokers" they are the founders of this mafia like structured broker&NFA network....

DislikedThank you for all your info. From what I read about NFA it is nothing good for traders and brokers so what is the purpose?Ignored
DislikedNo one trusts no one. Traders want brokers to be regulated, brokers go to NFA as the regulatory body for the US market, NFA sets stricter and stricter requirements, brokers spend money to comply with them, it becomes more expensive for traders, who want brokers to be regulated.
