in the elliott rules for an Ending Diagonal (3-3-3-3-3) is mentioned that wave 1 is normally the longest wave. If your assumption for this pattern since the low at 1.18 is correct, this pattern can`t be finished yet. One solution would be that wave 1 ended at your 3 and wave 3 ended at your 5 or is still running.
Still an overlap of 1 and 4 would be necessary to fulfil the requirements for such an ED pattern.

regarding the wave 1 in an ending diagonal:
well, it depends: if it is an expanding ending diagonal, wave 1 is shorter than wave 3, and wave 3 is shorter than wave 5
In the contracting variety wave 1 is the longest one
