A preview each trade: Effect is too short, tho lasts slightly longer, sometimes, than the trade itself. Depends on how good the preview is, what situation I use to be the "current" one.
This one was light and balanced.

rewrite of when to use psych:
My habit is to describe, with the lower symbols in each visual field diagram ring in the picture above, my mindset as it is influenced by the situation and different roles in place just before the trade. The first and last higher symbols usually offer too many choices, so I concentrate on the middle higher symbol and draw the preview with the lower symbols. Describing me deep inside moves me into more proper action, when I also describe how I want to relate to what I face when I trade.
When, vs. trade:
separate, just before......influential.....affect modest
together, just before......accurate......affect none
during..........................divisive........affect destructive
together, just after........deep...........affect none
separate, just after........potential......affect strong
Symbols description:
"u(c)" is lack of conscious awareness, either literally and of anything or ranked into threats, missed material and the like; it is ingress or egress, boundaries and affect,
with --(>) a straight line segment with an optional vector carat that makes it an arrow,
and with .|_ the corner a box(ed-in area) and the dot representing something being (possibly) outside of the box, or |O a nondescript object (dot with contents) with something blocking or about to wrap around it;
"-> ei" overwhelmed attention (literally, too much of an energy spike from impulse to ecstacy),
with . , | anchor or reframe, respectively, from the shape, and logr or midline, respectively, using the shape, both being balanced, that is, ~'ed, often to where, for example, a midline may expand an anchor into a circle;
and," _/_/" brain speed (where, in junk science books, delta (the slowest) is serotonin (sleep, play/stiffness), theta GABA (social, negativity/strength), alpha acetycholine (endurance, awareness/criticism), and beta dopamine (power, positivity/delegating))
with +- plus and minus, and <> maturity or more or less.
