Basically, you're checking to see if the indicator values have increased or decreased over the last 2 completed bars. If it's increased then the currency would be a buy. If it's decreased over the last 2 completed bars, you would sell.
Dislikedbut checking the difference of the two bars doesn't relate to if bar2 is less or greater than bar1.
