DislikedHello Guys, I got terminated by The Funded Trader a couple of days ago for no reason. Tried to clarify with them but they just stopped communicating. 0 prior warnings, I had 375 k funded account and another 300k. Lately, I was on the roll scalping the GU rising channel making $2-5k per day and I guess it was too much for them. Their reply to Trustpilot reply is probably just a crafter template response they use so it would look like they care. They were asking me to reply in Trustpilot (with further replies disabled though, so that's not possible.
I emailed them with the link reference and my account logins, but no response. To be honest I did not expect another answer. On the original email thread in which they terminated my accounts, they sent one more email with a vague answer. Over the days, I sent 3 more replies to them wanting an explanation and reassessment, or at least just the payment of the final profits at which the accounts ended, but they have ignored me ever since.
Their first email in full:
Dear Trader,
I hope this email finds you well. We regret to inform you that, after a thorough review of your trading activities, we have observed behavior that goes against our established trading policies.
Upon analysis of your trading history, we have identified several patterns indicative of prohibited trading strategies that compromise the integrity of our simulated environment. It is crucial for all participants to adhere to fair and ethical trading practices, and deviations from these principles are taken seriously.
As a result, we must reject your payout request and take the necessary action of banning your account.
It's important to note that the data produced in your simulated environment is not representative of real-world market conditions, and as such, it is not usable or applicable to our firm's actual trading strategies. The purpose of our simulated environment is to provide a controlled setting for traders to practice and refine their skills within the boundaries of our established policies.

As indicated in our earlier email, the data generated from your virtual accounts is deemed unsuitable and inapplicable for our firm. Consequently, in alignment with the terms of service and the funded trader agreement you have signed, we regret to inform you that we have terminated your access to our platform, and all associated contracts have been decommissioned.
Please review the closing remarks of the following article which elaborates extensively on the rationale behind the closure of your profile with us and termination of any relevant contracts.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide our services to you moving forward and this decision will not be reversed.
