Quoting downunderdave40DislikedHi Bemac,
Determining at what point and where the trendlines are to be drawn may be the most problematic part of this system, at least to the untrained Jedi. According to OrangeRoshan he doesn't have a strict method for drawing trendlines. I believe Orange is able to draw trendlines that make sense to him based on his years of experience. I say that, not fully knowing Oranges system so maybe he will provide additional lessions that will make drawing trendlines in the manner he does a bit more clearer to all of us.
I patiently await additional gems of wisdom from Master Roshan.Ignored
Quoting 4rexDislikedMy padawan friend Dave,
Man ...just relax into what you have already succesfully understood and let time and experience reveal to you how your own trendlines will form. I may be wrong about this but it seems to me that OR is not holding back any secrets on how to draw trendlines. OR has instruct us over and over again to practice...practice...practice.....there lies the secret which will reveal to each of us our own individual and unique way of draw trendlines. This for me is the most difficult part of learning....and because of it I may never reach the level where I can manipulate the force to level of a Master Jedi nor even a Jedi but I will without a doubt will not join the Dark Forces and will find my own unique success within the wisdom of the OR method. And...you will also find success....who knows all the way up to a council member. May the force be and happy holidays to you and your loved ones.Ignored
Quoting PipSteveDislikedI don't know about you, but I am still learning how to draw proper trendlines, and I found this article pretty helpful.

Hi Pipsteve,
Here is another link for trading charts by John Murphy's Chart School:
http://stockcharts.com/education/Cha...rendlines.html
Remember this is the classical way of drawing trendlines. Orange´s trendlines are somehow unique and his own, so let's try to understand them from his charts.

Quoting BemacDislikedHi Dave, Please don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of fibs and all the work that has been added to the Rabbit Population Experiment as well as the Fib Ratios naturally occuring in Nature, But, I can code any Random Indicator that will draw lines 'willy nilly' on a chart and I gaurantee you that some of them will show Strength & Dependability.
In other words, If your code draws a line, does that mean you should?
Fibs are not brick walls.
I agree that it is stretching it a little on a Daily, but, does your chart have a little bit of a Bull Flag look to it?
I read this after posting here.

Quoting rojotopoDislikedMerry Xtmas to all!
I’m a bit confused with the different time frames and channels.
For SDRC II Level 2 we used the 1 h TF and the channel of the week with quadrants, to take a trade according to the rules of the manual for different quadrants and when CCI is in the right direction, is that so?
Then we use fibos to close the trade, and for reference.
The daily channel and monthly channel have any concrete use for entering a trade?
Please help me clarify this.Ignored

Thanks for bothering to answer me.
The pictures are not so clear, but comparing them with my data, it seems the first is a 1h TF with a weekly LR channel, and the second one a 1D TF with a monthly LR channel adjusted, which I guess you draw in the fisrt one in blue.
When we say that we enter a trade according to the CCI, we mean the CCI for 1D TF or for 1h TF?
Also I noticed you draw LRC over the CCI, what do you get from this?
I guess your answer is that we followed 1h TF, taking into account the main trend marked by the 1D TF. And that we take into account the CCI of 1h TF.
Sorry to bother you, but I suddenly got confused. I seemed I understood everything, but all of us sudden evrything got black...
ThanksIgnored
Quoting LamdunDislikedHi, your system seems great, but i am still confused at when we should enter. Should we go long as soon as the price hits the bottom 1H channel?
thanksIgnored
Quoting cbrock5000Dislikedbut in a bearish trend you short in Q1 or Q2 as confirmed by CCI and long in Q4.Ignored
