Disliked{quote} If you can verbalize it, it most likely can be coded. There are a lot of Non-indicator based triggering logics available, but if is exclusive to you, you have to be able to put it into words that can be coded. This is where I learned the most about trading was through trying to write the actual triggering logic...from there, you can look at an idea, gain a relatively quick sense and than give it a shot. While in FF chatter and after a few (maybe quite a few) beers, I threw together one of my most popular trigger logics, FTL or Follow The...Ignored
I would like to change the subject for a moment,
In scalping, I realised that most of my entry are accurate and before anything else they tend to travel my way for a bit, now if I do adapt a conventional RR (1:1or 1:2), greater than my risk, my probability winning trades drops dramatically, if instead I do not adapt a conventional RR and take half profit at half of my risk (in pips), my probability winning trades is very high, most of the time I end up with little profits and sometimes with much better profits due of letting run the other half, what is opinion on this?
