Your statement above "there's no excuse for this" is exactly what I'm talking about.
We all think there's no excuse because it's our money at stake. Yet, if we were on the other end -- the broker's end -- it could well be a different story.

DislikedThe point is that most people are quick to blame the broker when things go wrong, yet many times it's not the broker's fault. Some things are just out of the broker's control.

DislikedHey save your bad complaints for customer service then so we can get back to good questions on how to trade with a highly competitive ECN.
Just remember that it is stupid to keep doing the same thing repetitively and to expect improved results,Ignored
DislikedJason,
everytime I make a trade, there's a margin debit that reduce my buying power. For example, I buy 1 lot (size 10,000), and there's a margin debit around $100, thus the available cash balance for trading reduced by $100, and available lot for trading reduced by $10,000. Can you explain what's the margin debit, and how you calculate it? I need the info so I know how many position that can be opened with all the cash I have....Ignored
DislikedThe margin debit is the amount of money you've "spent" from your account to buy lots.
It shows as around $100 because that's how much you just used to buy 1 lot. If you bought two lots, it would show around $200.
A rough idea of your buying power is to take your account balance and divide by 100. That will give you an estimate of how many lots you can buy.
So, if you have a $10,000 account, you could buy approximately 100 lots (10,000 / 100).
This is for USD pairs, of course. Other currencies will be different.Ignored
DislikedIntellicharts, FXtrek, Esignal and Tenfore have the EFX datafeed, non of those are free. You can also connect software like Neoticker directly to EFX. There is no good and cheap charting possibility with EFX data as far as i know, which is a pitty.Ignored
