Hi ppl, just wanted to let you know something that should help you out in your trades.. I have come across a lot of posts sayuing that moutaki material isnt good enough.. and there are people who are really frustrated by this method.. Therefore I would just like to point some things out..

1. Use an EA which would make the demand and supply lines automatically... whether it makes them perfectly or screws them up.. dont owrry.. it doesnt change the way you would take the trade..
2. Never enter a trade either way when both the demand and supply lines are cut simulataneously by price action.
3. Never go into a trade just because you think its moving that way.. price action can be tricky..
4. Wait for the line break.. then give it 20 pips in the direction of the break.. then enter the trade.. do NOT enter as soon as the first candle opens
5. Never try to take the full price projeciton. Phase out your position.
6. I find that the major pairs follow this moutaki method quite accurately.. GBPUSD and USDCHF.. try them..
7. Always se 4 h charts.. and look for weekly resistance levels which might hamper price action.. if there are any nearby.. wait for the price to smash thru it before entering the trade.. or take profit at that level.
8. and FORGODSAKE read the moutaki material 3 times before trying anything..

Hope this helps all you newbies who are out complaining about Moutaki..

Thank you for this information, i have been doing what you mensioned as much as i can, also USD/CHF and EUR/USD do the same thing completely opposite so when i take a trade on one i check the other to see how it moved it kinda gives you a bit of a prediction of what is gonna happen(especially using 15min charts). btw This is the real Filter for this system

Timezones do not matter. The ebb and flow of supply and demand does not prescribe to a certain time frame. The harmonics of price action appear to prescribe by a timeframe, but they don't. There are setups on 5 minute, 15, 30, 60, 4 hour, daily, you name it.

hi...

YasirYar......no the charts are not all the same...some are substantially different....but if your charts work for you..dont change..dont even worry about it.
Your first point above though....about whether the EA draws the TD lines correct of screws them up.... for me the whole trading method is based on the correct drawing of the Supply and Demand lines what is done after that is up to the trader.

ok .. this is confusing.. but why do you need to correspond your chart with your friend who is in a different time zone?>?? i dont see any need for that..

well i said that considering the fact that i just dont jump into a trade.. i wait for a couple of pips to break out before i enter.. so even if the demand or supply lines are a bit skewed.. in my opinion and experience.. it doesnt really m atter.. coz i never aim for the full price projection

The differing results on feeds and the four hour charts have been nearly beat to death. In the long run in may not matter. But individual trades taken off differing broker feeds will show a marked difference. Any tendency to overly rely on indicators will certainly effect one's visual cues on entry/exit. It's a sore subject...and that is why i trade primarily off the hourly charts. I have a pro-trader (multi billion dollar hedge fund manager in Europe), he wouldn't touch 4 hour charts. Who's "Four Hours" is he to look at? NY Market? Euro Market? London Market?...he told me a long time ago; "An hour is an hour no matter what market you are trading from, it is the universal language of intraday trading."
