Hello FF Members.
I'd like to introduce our PAMM money management options. We currently are offering three different risk levels based on one EA.
First, I shall briefly explain the trading methodology of the EA.
The EA is turned on and off manually by the trader and is monitored while on, it most often will trade in news events and has various filters added with the aim of only selecting the highest expectation/probability set ups.
Typically for a trade to be triggered on this, we will have seen a strong push on the release of what is historically known to be a high impact news event (FOCM, NFP, Rate changes, etc). When this first push has been made the EA may enter in the direction of that move for a second push.
The risk of slippage is reduced greatly by the EA entering in the consolidation/correction period after the first strong move, it is not trying to enter into the move when the market is surging and presenting maximum risk of slippage.
Typically when the criteria to make a trade has been met the EA will open between 1 and 3 positions and these may be added to, with stop losses trailed (pyramiding) if the price moves to put the trades into profit.
The risk per position is capped with no more than a predetermined percentage of exposure being taken on at any time.
Losing positions are not added to.
Winning trades in strong momentum may be added to (pyramiding)
Stop losses are always set, quite frequently in the 20 - 30 pips range.
No martingale tactics are used.
Trades typically close in under a day.
The starting risk:reward ratio is typically 1:2 but realised RR can be as low as just over 1:1 accounting for trailing stops hitting.
Read more about the strategy here
This EA began being ran at very low risk and predominantly trading the EURUSD. It would typically only be trading a couple times a month (most often on the FOCM).
The aim was to produce stable monthly gains with low draw down.
Over the space of a couple years it achieved an average of just over 3% a month with a maximum draw down of 5.2%.
See result here;
We then began forward testing on this using triple the risk and adding in some diversity by trading other pairs.
The trading methodology is almost exactly the same (with perhaps some variance in average stop loss/target and lot sizes due to different volatility on different pairs), just the risk per position is tripled and some more pairs are added.
Over the last 4 months on this we have seen average gains of slightly over 10% a month with maximum draw down of 6.6%.

Back Tests;
The back tests are simulations of data from real trades taken in real time.
They are in no way optimised for better trading results, the trades are not hypothetical, they were real trades.
The simulation just uses a multiple of risk per position.
Read more about how this is worked out here.
Triple risk;
Due to popular demand, we are also offer this on five times risk.
Back testing analysis of this has shown potential for very good gains but there is also a far larger downside risk. This would not be suitable for many investors.
These strategies are offered for PAMM management via Hotforex and Tallinex for US residence.
For accounts $50,000 and upwards ($100,000 upwards in US) we can discuss possibly using brokers where we can get custom feeds (FCA and ASIC brokers are most commonly used)
The triple risk strategy is offered for a minimum deposit of $500 and the other two are offered for a minimum of $1,000.
A 5SS PAMM membership is required for participation, purchased at either $70 for the year or $7 monthly.
At time of posting, we have 75% winning months and with no losing quarters. Average winning month is larger than average losing month .
35% performance fees are charged on a high water mark basis.
By purchasing a 5SS Bronze membership you can also be paid monthly commissions by referring investors to us, revenues we generate from the management of funds is shared out with those who sourced the investment.
These new PAMM accounts have just went live and you can add them to your Myfxbook watch lists here;
