thats a THV System Thread only for to discuss trades and setups.

Please post your chart patterns, analyses and trades here. And nothing else..
ALL other THV System related questions,
have to be posted in the Original thread. Still active.

No requests or off topic here, please.

Thanks Toranaga for starting this thread ...

I have been learning this system for last one month with good improvement.I think in accordance with price action this system can be quite promising.I hope to learn from more experienced traders like you as well other traders who are actively using this system.
Thanks so much for starting this thread. I've been contemplating starting one, but I'm not a very good disciplinarian so I figured that if I did, it would soon be as overrun with support requests from the newbs as the other one.

Every entry (screenshot) will be allways preceded by a technical analyse (screenshot). Rules 1.

Well, game on.

Considerations:
1) Lower trendline of triangle has been retested and held, then retested and had a fake break, now retested, broken, retested from the opposite side and price is continuing in the direction of the break. (This is a common pattern.

2) R above has held and it is within my 15 pip stop where I want to enter

3) 10 pips room to nearest S.

4) I'm looking for a THV signal and I dont get my favorite (1 m retrace inside both 5 and 15 trix cross) so I go with a 6 point trade (1, 5, 15 all red and below 5m cloud), because signal is happening where I expected a trade to be, as posted above.

thanks misspips for posting charts and explaining PA with THV . I believe thats the best way to learn.
It looks like flag pattern in your chart has broken now. I will wait for more conformation and than plan Asian session or tommorrows london session accordingly.
Yeah it was a false break to the downside on the higher timeframes, but that's the good thing
about scalping the 1m chart - if you get the entry right you can still
make money on a false breakout on higher timeframes. Might be a good trade if the
5m chart comes back and retests near where the upper and lower
triangle lines converge.

Ok, thanks for the nice response.
I promise that i will post more, and not let Miss Pips do all the work.

Its also a nice way for me to discipline me more and do one thing at a time.
I often get lost in too many charts and things doing it all at the same time.

I trade a little rudimentary, so i dont think my analysis will reach the MP level.
But, everyone should contribute what he can, thats enough.

Here is a simply, possible M15 short in developing.

The price is between FPV 1.2608 and CamarillaR2 1.2603 at the moment.

Trix crossed, (ignoring Coral and Ichi cloud) M30 and H1 look like they are going in the same direction.
Also CCI is on the way to cross, but have him on my laptop so he isnt on the screen cap in this pic.

I would say, wait for another Candle or try a quick M5 scalp..

But, its more a watch and learn setup.
The 1.2600 psych level does not invite for a trade.

The price, the camarilla and the Coral are about to touch each other.
As we know till now, in 98% of this constellation some action follows.

In my mind, a good trader is not one who makes a lot of win trades,
its one who have less or very less losses..

If you have only one win, and no loss, youre fine for the day..

As i wrote that, we was here: yellow circle. Now orange.
M5.

The 1.2600 disturbs me a little but since the first post, no change in Price ??
Still 1.2607 +- 5 pips range ?

And, from M5 till D1, for me, it looks like a short.
Of course i can be completely wrong, he he.
Watching M5 and writing here,
i decided to make a overnight D1 short he he.

D1 SL 1.2720.

All systems and chart patterns fail,
if a 1.2605 wants to be a 1.2695 and not a 1.2520

For me, the simply but great Coral made the decision.. Also looking in higher TFs for D1.. And pivs. And trix. And PA.

And no News at the moment.. To disturb and change the pattern..

Nice to see you posting again. I was afraid all the posters of the 'your chart sucks' variety had managed to run you off for good. I'm sure you can feel free to post them over here. Not to sound too sexist but the other thread hasn't had anybody with a firm hand to keep things in order since Cobra left; however Torenaga sounds like he means business, so I don't think anybody will get out of line over here.

And for the sake of completeness,
the M5 Chart today..

Have to admit, did not had such a strike for a while,
but that was a perfect trade. I was right with all my deliberations
and cashed 65 pips, what started as a scalp.
Could do more but chickened out today. Afterwards.. mhh

I hope you folks dont think im boasting,
im surprised by my self about my accuracy, he he..

We have great sometimes simple system, its on us to use it well..

The two orange lines at the left side mark the yellow and orange circles from the post before.
