Disliked{quote} VE AIMS is a simple TP + SL EA I am running it on each chart of Dashboard pairs - the dashboard is running on AUDSGD pair VE just picks up any trade for the chart it is on, and applies the TP + SL {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Here is how that is idea working today; great for those don't / can't wait for basket results This is DEMO but similar on live account (smaller) The EUR-USD has made 96 pips range today, and my ADR (10) says it can do 138 So pretty good, no idea how many pips here {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Did you notice if it is a jumping or trailing tp and sl or just fixed sl and tp ? Did you use the same sl and tp for all pairs ? If your answers are the easy options it is and hour work to build this in the dashboard.Ignored
Disliked{quote} It is straightforward fixed TP + SL I used Excel to separate the ADR into groups, up to 100, 100 to 200, and 2 pairs above; then made an average of those ADR I set TP to 10 for the first set, and TP to 15 for second set; approximately 1/10 for the average of daily range combined GBPAUD & GBPNZD have separate amounts; see the picture which might help more than my explanation My original idea was to keep taking profits as they appeared, use about 8 positions maximum but it didn't get that high. Dashboard keeps opening new positions and if...Ignored
Disliked{quote} It is straightforward fixed TP + SL I used Excel to separate the ADR into groups, up to 100, 100 to 200, and 2 pairs above; I have tested the Dashboard with standard trailing stop, around 30pips, for all pairs by using MPTM EA(Multi purpose trade manager). But was not great success for entire week.Ignored

I spent the afternoon setting up the VE Aims on 28 charts and then entering manual just playin around... {image} I hadn't tried what you did yet.... but it looks productive How many SLs were being hit? any idea? Accnt balance looks good.... how's it running now that market has calmed before NYO?Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't understand the point of your post; are you saying you are going to try this method? Or are you trying to tell me it won't work either? Thanks, JohnIgnored

Disliked{quote} ha... thnx HP... had never tried it... it DID take some time/effort another Q for erebus... Since the VE Aims was closing positions 'outside' the db... Did the db 'recognize' the closes? Did it (then) open 'new' positions in the same pairs?Ignored
Disliked{quote} No, I have just shared what i have tested previously, which is obviously was not as dynamic as you have mentioned. I should try your method now. Just a question: If we closing trade at 20 pips intervals, then also last trade which might not come into profit, could actually make a loss of 60 pips, so as good as previous 3 trades profit is lost. Considering dashboard keep giving signals in same direction till reversal is happening.Ignored
DislikedErebus, Just one question, seeing the closing time of the trades it look like the EA closed all the trades of a pair as soon as their combined profits (or losses) reached the TP (or SL) is that correct ?Ignored
